NVV Partners builds websites, online stores, internal systems and AI automation. We work as a delivery partner: a clear specification, short stages and a complete handover at the end.
Who we are
NVV Partners is a software development company based in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. We build web applications, online stores, internal business systems and automation powered by artificial intelligence, across four platforms: PHP, Node.js, .NET and Python.
Who we work for
Our clients are companies that already have customers and a sales process, but whose digital systems have fallen behind. We work with distributors, manufacturers, energy companies, logistics operators, professional service firms and SaaS teams, in Moldova, the European Union and the United States.
How we work
We start with a paid specification, which stays with the client regardless of who continues the project.
We work in short stages, with a staging environment the client can open at any moment.
We report weekly on what shipped and what is blocked, with the reason, not just a progress percentage.
We hand over the code, the documentation and infrastructure access; intellectual property is assigned in full.
We remain available for monthly maintenance, but we do not make delivery conditional on a support contract.
What we do not do
We do not sell hours without a measurable objective, we do not promise a first position in Google, we do not build AI automation on processes we cannot verify, and we do not lock clients in through code or infrastructure access.
Languages and time zone
We work in Romanian, English and Russian. The EET time zone means full overlap with the European Union working day and roughly four shared hours with the United States East Coast.

What an engagement looks like
We do not run endless sprints. Each stage has a deliverable and an acceptance criterion.
Fit call
30–45 minutes. We check whether the problem is product, content or internal process.
Specification
One week. Pages, data, integrations, SEO requirements and what stays out of scope.
Build
6–14 weeks. Staging previews, real content, short correction cycles.
Launch
Redirects, measurement, training and a 30-day backlog.
Operate
Content and SEO stay in the panel. We step in for evolution, not day-to-day copy.

Where is the company located?
The office is in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. We work remotely with clients in Moldova, the European Union and the United States, travelling to the client when a project calls for it.
How large is the team?
We are a small team of engineers experienced in PHP, .NET, Node.js and Python, with technical SEO and automation skills alongside. We do not subcontract development to other suppliers without the client's explicit agreement.
How do you communicate during a project?
One short weekly call, a staging environment you can check at any time and a shared written channel. We report weekly on what shipped, what is blocked and why, not just a progress percentage.
Do you work with startups or only established companies?
We work with both, but we ask for the same clarity: a measurable objective and one person who can make decisions. For startups we usually recommend a narrow first version rather than a complete product from the start.
