Cloud, DevOps and maintenance

A system in production is not finished at launch. The real cost appears over the following months, in updates, incidents and changes the business asks for. We take that part on with a defined structure rather than ad-hoc intervention.

Infrastructure

We run applications in Docker containers on AWS, Azure, Hetzner or the client's own servers. Infrastructure configuration is kept in code, so an environment can be recreated from scratch and the differences between staging and production stop depending on somebody's memory.

Delivery

• Every change passes automated tests before it is accepted.

• Releases are reversible; if something breaks, we return to the previous version in minutes.

• Database migrations are versioned and applied under control.

• Secrets live in a vault, not in configuration files inside the repository.

What monthly maintenance covers

• Security updates for dependencies and the operating system.

• Backup verification through a real restore, not merely the presence of a file.

• A monthly report: availability, incidents, response times, infrastructure cost.

• A budget of hours for small changes, without a separate quote each time.

Data residency

For European Union clients we keep data in EU regions, with the sub-processor records GDPR requires. For United States clients we use US regions. For Moldovan clients we can also run in local data centres.
