How quickly will I get a reply?
We reply within one business day. If you send the context, the deadline and a budget range, the first reply already includes an initial feasibility view, not just an acknowledgement.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The first conversation lasts 30–45 minutes and exists to establish whether the problem is product, content or internal process. If we are not the right fit for it, we say so in that same call.
Which languages can we talk in?
Romanian, English and Russian. Project documentation is written in the language you prefer, and interfaces can ship in any of the three, or in others on request.
What should the first message contain?
The commercial objective, what already exists, the systems the new product must talk to, the languages you publish in, the real deadline and a budget range. One paragraph is enough for a first conversation.
How do you invoice clients outside Moldova?
We invoice from the Republic of Moldova entity, in euro or dollars, by international bank transfer. We provide the documents required by the accounting of a European Union or United States company.
