Private healthcare services
Client portal for a United States service provider
A secure portal for appointments, documents and invoices, built on Next.js for a healthcare provider in the United States.
Meridian Care
Context
The client took appointments by telephone and sent documents by email. Volume had grown enough that the front desk became the bottleneck, and emailing medical documents raised compliance concerns.
What we delivered
Authentication with two-factor verification and short-lived sessions.
Online booking with real availability pulled from the internal system.
A document area with every download written to an access log.
Invoices and payments through Stripe, with payment history visible to the patient.
Email and SMS notifications, with preferences controlled by the user.
Working remotely
The team worked from Chișinău with a daily four-hour overlap with Eastern Time. We used one short call at the start of their working day and a staging environment the client could check at any time, without waiting for us.
Performance
The portal is server-rendered, which keeps load times low on mobile connections. The interface is available in English and Spanish, with the translation structure ready for further languages.

The time difference was never the problem. Each morning the answers to what we sent the night before were already waiting.Discuss a similar project
