SaaS
Dedicated team for a SaaS company
Four engineers from Chișinău embedded in the product team of a US SaaS company, with weekly delivery and full knowledge transfer.

The need
The company had a growing product and a feature list longer than the internal team's capacity. Local hiring took too long, and fixed-scope contracts would have meant renegotiating at every change of priority.
How we started
We proposed candidates within two weeks, and the client interviewed every person directly.
The first two weeks went into context: product, codebase, processes, customers.
We worked in the client's repository and board, under the same code review rules.
We reported weekly on what shipped and what was blocked, with the reason.
How it evolved
The team gradually took on infrastructure as well: the delivery pipeline, monitoring and cloud cost reduction. After the first year, two of the engineers were leading product modules of their own.
Contract model
A monthly contract, invoiced in dollars, with 30 days' notice and full assignment of intellectual property. Documentation written by the team stays in the client's wiki, not with us.
