A dedicated team fits when you already have product direction and lack execution capacity. Unlike a fixed-scope project, here you pay for the time of a team that works at your pace and inside your tooling.

When the dedicated model makes sense

• You have a steady backlog for at least six months.

• Requirements change often, so a fixed-scope contract would only generate renegotiation.

• You want people to accumulate context about your product instead of rediscovering it each project.

• You need to add capacity quickly, without running a local hiring process.

Why Moldova

Moldova offers engineering costs below Western Europe and the United States, a European time zone that fully overlaps the EU working day and partly overlaps the US East Coast, and an engineering market fluent in Romanian, English and Russian. It is a realistic nearshore option for EU companies and a reasonable offshore option for American ones.

How it works in practice

1. We define the roles and seniority required, then propose candidates within one to two weeks.

2. You interview every person directly; nobody joins the team without your approval.

3. We work inside your repository, your board and your communication channels.

4. We report weekly on what shipped, what is blocked and what comes next.

5. You can scale the team up or down with 30 days' notice.

Contracts and intellectual property

Contracts are signed with the Moldovan entity, in euro or dollars, with a non-disclosure agreement and full assignment of intellectual property to the client. For European Union clients we also sign the data processing agreement GDPR requires.
