Service
Node.js and TypeScript development
APIs, real-time services and full-stack applications on Node.js, NestJS and Next.js, with TypeScript from database to interface.
Node.js with TypeScript is our default choice for products that change often: a single language across the stack, types shared between server and interface, and a mature ecosystem for integrations.
What we build on Node.js
APIs for web and mobile applications, with authentication, rate limiting and OpenAPI documentation.
Full-stack applications on Next.js, server-rendered for SEO and mobile speed.
Real-time services: notifications, live tracking, collaborative editing.
Integration services that sit between systems and translate data formats.
Background processing: large imports, document generation, overnight synchronisation.
Why TypeScript rather than JavaScript
Types are not bureaucracy; they are documentation that cannot go stale. In a project that passes through several hands, TypeScript catches at compile time exactly the class of error that otherwise reaches production: renamed fields, missing values, API contracts changed without notice.
Performance and limits
Node.js is excellent for I/O-heavy work and weak for CPU-bound computation. When a project needs heavy data processing or statistical models, we move that part to Python or .NET and keep Node.js for the API layer.
Delivery
We ship containerised, with a continuous integration pipeline, versioned database migrations and monitoring configured before launch rather than after the first incident.
